The ScrollEventVerticalTextScrollUnitsBuilder class constructs instances of the VerticalTextScrollUnits class and offers a fluent interface for creating and configuring it.

This class includes a static create method that accepts the same arguments as the original VerticalTextScrollUnits constructor and returns an instance of the ScrollEventVerticalTextScrollUnitsBuilder.
